Hi! I’m a student at Central Michigan University. I am spending my spring and summer interning with A. Victoria MAE. I could not be more excited to grow as a public relations professional through this opportunity! I have a true passion for this field and enjoy making a positive impact for brands.
In my free time, you can find me working out, spending time with family and friends and traveling whenever possible. I think there is no better learning experience than picking up and seeing the world!
My biggest motivation is my parents. They have given me so much and have allowed me to have opportunities such as this. I will always find ways to give back to them throughout life!
Hi! I’m Cristina, the graphic design girl aka The Paper Proposal - the one who dreams of Pantone color combinations and perfect placement. The one who reviews documents and loudly identifies the font as if I’m a contestant on Jeopardy #AlexWhatIsTimesNewRoman. The one who will move a text box or image an eighth of a centimeter, only to move it back ten minutes later because turns out, I nailed it the first time (but I still had to try). I am obsessed with the creative industry, new trends and the amazing clients and colleagues that I meet along the way.
After graduating from Michigan State University (Go Green), dabbling in corporate America, getting married and having kids, I decided to go out on a whim and combine my creativity, design and multitasking skills to start freelancing. Of course I couldn’t do it without the amazing loves of my life: husband, Chris, daughters, Ella (10), Addyson (10) and Camryn (8), dogs Rosco (13) and Riley (11) and my kitty cats, Henry (14) and Sadie (I think 7).
Fun fact: my husband was not an animal lover when I met him - now he doesn’t have a choice.
In my “spare time”, I love golf, interior design, acting the role of voice, dance and soccer mom and spending as much time as possible laughing and loving with my friends and family.
Hi there! I’m JoAnn, the creative mind behind JJ Roth Design. I’ve been passionate about web design for almost as long as the “web” has been around, and pursued my passion first into a career as a designer for a software company and then into a business of my own.
Right out of college I spent two years volunteering in Argentina where I was handed a copy of Photoshop and told, “Learn it.” Coupling that with the website coding skills I’d already picked up in high school, I became something of a design fanatic. (Ugly websites physically hurt me and all I want to do is save them.) While I earned a degree in Communication from the University of Michigan – Flint, I’m proud to be a self-taught designer, coder and entrepreneur.
When I’m not glued to a computer screen you’ll find me spending time with my amazing husband Jason (who believed in me enough to encourage me to start my own business), our adorable miracle girl Ellie, our 200 pound mastiff, Annie and our giant black fat-cat, Lucy. We love to do just about anything outdoors, including bike rides, walks through our neighborhood and visiting local parks and beaches. And in those rare moments that I’m not busy being a wife/mom/entrepreneur/pastor, I love to write, binge watch Gilmore Girls or Fixer Upper, and dig up new recipes or design inspiration on Pinterest.
